How Do You Get Out of Depression/Anxiety?

ANSWER:

Depression and Anxiety is a Gift, Congratulations on Receiving it.


What do I mean? Currently you will not feel like this is a gift, but it is your soul telling you that you are going in the wrong direction or looking for the answer that is creating this mental state in the wrong places. You are probably trying to manipulate or control the issue at hand. This is futile and very tiring. You are looking on the outside for an answer that is on the inside already. Breath, and accept full responsibility where you are even if it is not your fault, because to some degree it is, just by that fact you are here.


To not accept your situation as it is now, you will continue to struggle. Accepting this situation NOW and not giving it power you will create perhaps a better solution. We tend to think ahead into the future that has not existed yet and we create new issues that haven’t even come yet. Depression means your soul is imbalanced to the one. So instead of using your mind to create outcomes in the future that are negative you can use your soul to have faith that the oneness will work it out.


To heal from depression, anxiety, you will need to work and that will involve going down a path you may not want to go down but it is very necessary for peace within yourself.


It will take consciousness and awareness and full intention on your behalf.

How Do I Let Go of the Past?

ANSWER:

You Can't.

For years I tried to let go of my past. A lot of doctors, gurus, therapists, tell you to just let go of the past without explaining how. Sure they might give you coping mechanisms, strategies, or even how to manage them better but this does not heal you. In soul setting you accept the past as it is through your soul and not your mind. IT JUST IS. It is a part of who you are and where you came from. I am not saying that you enjoyed what happened to you or wanted it to happen especially abuse of any kind, however; IT JUST IS! This will involve becoming aware of your situation and can be extremely painful when you bring it up to accept it;  however in time when you think of your past that you didn’t want to have happen and you feel emotions of hurt, guilt or shame realize this is your mind playing tricks on you and your ego is feeding your mind based on your history of how you have dealt with it in the past.


Many years could have past during this event or events and over that course of that period your ego has brought forward evidence of why you should feel shame or guilt and fed that to your mind. When this occurs say to yourself “It’s the ego feeding my mind another lie.” Your soul will come into play here and you will be able to say “I may not have been able to control that situation years ago however IT JUST IS.” This healing can take time so please have patience and compassion with yourself.
